WORKING INTERVIEW
Our Account Executives will work closely with you to determine what your needs are, what
qualifications you find desirable for perspective employees (either temporary or temp to
perm), what the particulars are for the open position and what is the best and most
effective way to fill your position. After consulting with you, your Account Executive
will meet with our office managers. At this time, based on your input, they will
coordinate a selection process that will fill your needs and meet your time line.
This may include, but is not limited to:
a) Search our database for a match
b) Collect resumes
c) Screen the resumes
d) Schedule interviews
e) Conduct interviews
f) Select candidate
g) Make an offer
h) Perform new employee orientation
i) Perform payroll administration
As our valued client, you may choose the level of your involvement throughout the
entire process. Once the right candidate for your position is found, all you have
to do is put them to work. Think of it as a working interview…you get all the production
and we assume all the risk. This method allows you to maintain a level of productivity
while gaining a better understanding of an individuals work habits, skills and character.
